The DELE certificate is the most widely accepted international certificate of Spanish language proficiency. Each of our Spanish schools offer preparation courses for the exam and our school in Santiago, Chile is an official test center.

6 Week University Group Programs
Each group program is limited to 30 students and includes six weeks of Spanish study (equal to two college semesters), plus a focused seminar and/or shadowing opportunity. Programs include: anthropology, education, environmental sciences, human services, journalism, law, medical, and psychology. Request a catalog and application information here. Study Spanish in Buenos Aires and learn to dance Tango, a central feature of Buenos Aires’ unique culture. Dare to learn the tango with talented instructors and practice at night in the city! Adding Tango to your Spanish course gives you one private and two group tango lessons per week.

ECELA works together with different companies in Santiago, Chile to provide our students with internships.
Internships are ideal for students who want to gain practical experience and language proficiency at the same time. Placements are available only in Santiago and have a duration of two to nine months. All internships are unpaid. They are evaluated and supervised throughout the placement. Students may arrange for credit through their home university. Contact us to let us know what you’re looking for. Internships are only available to students studying with ECELA at least four weeks.
