Entrevista – Guidelines & “Pre-Interview” Questions
Meet your interviewer!
I am Veronica Vilski, and I have been part of Planeta Ecela for nearly two years now. It is my privilege to be the interviewer through whom you can share your Spanish immersion experience with the world! I live with my husband and two children in Utah, USA. I enjoy spending time with my family hiking the mountains, camping, gardening, traveling, and practicing my español whenever I get the chance. ¡Bienvenido!
Why is Ecela doing interviews?
We have decided to reach the pre-Spanish immersion community by offering them an audio interview peek into the life of an ECELA student. We are proud of our former students, and we want to share your accomplishments with others. Hearing about your experiences can boost a potential student’s confidence and help him or her secure the decision to learn Spanish abroad.
How will I benefit from being interviewed?
Ecela PrestigeWe don’t ask every student to be interviewed! We have chosen you as an ambassador for our program and you bring a unique, positive light to our programs. We are honored to have you consider this opportunity.
Résumé upgradeBeing interviewed by a former school is not something that happens to ever y student. It is an experience that can be added to your resume in regards to the time you spent studying Spanish at Ecela. You stood out and were noticed!
Chance to Promote Do you have your own business? Blog? Hobby? A favorite charity? Use this opportunity to tell our listeners about it and perhaps even offer a listener’s coupon or incentive.
Inspire your listeners You are telling a story and an experience to people who may never have heard it from your perspective. There is someone out there who can relate to you and feel more confident in their decision to study Spanish abroad.
Represent Your Country/State/City
Ecela students are from all over the world. Shed some light into the personality of your little nook of our planet and span the distances between our students’ homes.
Share Your Memories
Spanish immersion memories can be some of the most vivid, but they fade as time passes. Share some of your favorite excursions or classroom moments with us, and you’ll have the audio to keep forever!
Why am I answering these questions online prior to being asked more questions in live format?
The questions below will give me, Veronica, a further understanding of who you are and why you chose to study Spanish abroad. It will allow me to mold the interview to you, thereby creating a more unique interview for all involved.
