The Spanish immersion program at the ECELA school in Lima Peru was everything I had hoped for!! The teachers are exceptional and they really break down the complexities in learning a new language. The staff and directors at ECELA are organized, efficient, helpful and very friendly!! They not only introduced me to much of the cultural aspects of Lima, but they became my friends in the process. Emily, Adriana and Pilar were amazing at organizing events after school. They took us to see El Centro de Lima, the Church of San Francisco (as well as the Catacombs), the Fountains of Lima and much more. The school was perfectly located in the center of beautiful Miraflores next to everything else you might need. All in all, ECELA did everything to make sure my stay in Lima was organized and fun. I even managed to regain my Spanish after all these years. I had an amazing experience and I highly recommend this program to EVERYONE!!!
