Surf Lessons
Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to improve your skills, surf lessons can be a fun way to spend time outside the classroom when you study Spanish with Ecela. We’ll sign you up with popular surf programs in the area that have great instruction for both beginners and more advanced athletes.
Ski/Snowboard Lessons
There’s no better way to experience the Andes Mountains than to take the mountains head on with skis or a snowboard. When you study Spanish in Argentina, Peru or Chile, you’ll find many ski shuttles that regularly take people straight to the Andes from nearby metro areas for an excursion you’ll never forget.
Tango Lessons
Learning to tango is a very popular activity among Ecela Spanish students. Not only will it come in handy when you’re out and about in the city, but it’s also a great opportunity to meet new people and become more comfortable with the Spanish language.
DELE Exam Preparation
The DELE certificate is the most widely accepted international certificate of Spanish language proficiency. Each of our Spanish schools offer preparation courses for the exam and our school in Santiago, Chile is an official test center.
See our DELE page for more information.
Internship Opportunities
Similar to our international volunteer programs, we can also help students find excellent internship experiences throughout South America. Ecela Spanish works closely with a wide range of companies to provide our students with opportunities to gain practical work experience and language proficiency at the same time.
Internship placements can last anywhere between two and nine months. All internships are unpaid but students may receive course credit through their home university.
